THE HONEST ANSWER

Thanks. Here's the straight answer.

We got your details. The Autopsy is free, but it is only worth doing when it can actually answer something. Based on what you can commit to paid right now, under a month, it cannot. Paid does not produce enough signal in 90 days at that spend to tell whether the channel failed or the execution did, so a teardown would send you the same answer we can give you today: it is too early.

So we are not going to take it. That is the whole point of asking about budget up front. But you did not walk away with nothing.

WHAT WE'D DO INSTEAD

Two ways to move forward without us

Both are free. Both are built for exactly where you are right now.

The Autopsy Checklist

The same five layers we tear down in the paid Autopsy, written up so you can run them yourself. Tracking, true cost per demo, the ad-to-page handoff, targeting waste, and copy. Work through it at your own pace.

COME BACK WHEN

The day you can commit $5K a month, we want the call.

Nothing about today closes the door. When the budget is there, whether that is next quarter or after the next raise, the Autopsy is waiting and the offer is the same.

We would rather tell you it is too early than run a teardown that cannot give you a real answer yet.

When the numbers are ready, so are we.
