The question
You've weighed this already
You know paid is the next lever. What's holding you back isn't whether to run it. It's whether it can produce something real before your next raise, and whether handing it to an agency means losing control of your own growth.
Both are fair. This page answers them, including the part most agencies leave out.
The offer
The SaaS Pipeline Sprint
Ninety days to design, build, launch, and run a paid acquisition system for your SaaS. Everything lives in your accounts. Everything is measured against qualified pipeline and CAC.
The first 30 days are free.
You see our fee in the proposal, before any work starts. You don't pay it unless you decide to keep going after day 30.
What's included
Everything it takes to run paid, in your name
Your fee is quoted in the proposal, based on scope, channels, and budget. You see the exact number before we start. You pay nothing for the first 30 days.
- A channel and 90-day test plan mapped to your ACV, sales cycle, and vertical
- Full build: campaigns, tracking, audiences, landing page fixes, and creative
- GA4, GTM, and CRM conversion tracking wired to your pipeline stages
- Ongoing management and optimization against your CAC and pipeline targets
- Reporting that ties spend to pipeline, not impressions and clicks
- Weekly async update, monthly working session
- A flat monthly fee, separate from ad spend, never a percentage of it
- No lock-in. Cancel anytime, like a subscription.
Day 30
What "like what you see" actually means
Thirty days will not close an enterprise deal. We're not going to pretend otherwise. Here is exactly what you will be holding on day 30, and it's enough to make a real decision.
Week 1
Tracking rebuilt. GA4, GTM, and your CRM wired so every lead is attributable to a campaign, keyword, or audience. Most accounts we inherit cannot do this. Yours will, and it's yours to keep either way.
Week 2
Campaigns live. Full build: structure, targeting, negatives, audiences, creative, and landing page fixes where they're blocking conversion.
Week 3
First optimization pass. Search terms cleaned, losers killed, budget shifted toward what's producing.
Week 4
Your read. A pipeline report showing cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, sales acceptance rate, and the CAC trajectory those numbers imply against your ACV and close rate.
On day 30 you'll know three things: whether the channel produces buyers, what they cost, and whether that cost survives contact with your unit economics.
That is the decision. Not a vanity dashboard, and not a promise about month six.
The guarantee
Thirty days, free, and you keep everything
We build and optimize your campaigns for 30 days. No fee, no deposit, no setup charge.
At day 30, you decide. If you like what you see, billing starts. If you don't, you walk away and keep everything we built: the accounts, the tracking, the audiences, the landing pages, the creative. All of it was built in your name from day one, so there is nothing for us to take back.
No criteria to negotiate. No thresholds to argue about. Your call, your read, no hard feelings.
You'll have our fee in writing before day one, so the decision is real.

Straight answer
Why we're willing to work 30 days for free
You should be suspicious. Here's the actual reason.
We've run paid for 3+ years and we have the results to show for it. 4.6x ROAS for Intelligenes. A Webcroz account that had burned $18K with zero leads and started producing once we fixed the tracking and rebuilt it.
What we do not have yet is a public shelf of B2B SaaS case studies with pipeline numbers in them. We repositioned into B2B SaaS on purpose, and we're building that shelf right now with a small first cohort of founding partners.
So this is a trade, and we'd rather name it than dress it up:
You get
Thirty days of build and management at zero cost, full ownership of everything, and no obligation.
We get
The case study, if it works, and only with your approval.
There's no markup on your spend, no upsell waiting in month three, and no junior sitting on your account. We're doing this because a founder who has been burned by an agency will not take our word for it, and shouldn't. Thirty days of work is a cheaper way to prove it than a deck.

$18K
Turned around
$18K already spent. Zero leads. We rebuilt the site tracking, restructured the account, and leads started.
"Our project was very extensive, and the key focus was getting leads for running our business. Ad Labz helped us achieve that goal in a timely manner."

"We were very impressed with the depth and thoroughness of the audit. The recommendations aligned with industry best practices and provided clear, actionable insights that will help us refine our marketing strategy."

Note the thing we're not doing: these are not SaaS pipeline case studies. We told you why above. If you want SaaS proof before you commit, that's the correct instinct, and the free 30 days exists precisely so you don't have to take our word for it.

Who runs it
A former CTO, not an account manager
Ad Labz is run by Umer Nawab, who spent 20+ years as a CTO before moving into paid media. The person building your conversion tracking has shipped production code, can read your GTM container without a support ticket, and will not send you a dashboard of impressions and call it reporting.
You get direct access to whoever is in your account, on Slack, in your working hours. No ticketing queue, no account manager relaying questions to someone you never meet.
The difference
What you get that most agencies won't give you
01
You own everything, from day one
Accounts, tracking, audiences, creative. If we ever part ways, nothing walks out the door with us.
02
Pipeline and CAC, not impressions
Numbers you can put in front of your board, not a dashboard of clicks.
03
A flat fee, not a cut of your spend
We never bill a percentage of your ad budget. Our fee doesn't move when your spend moves, which means our incentive is your CAC, not the size of your budget.
04
No lock-in
Cancel anytime, like a subscription. We keep the account because the work keeps working, not because a contract says so.
05
A cohort, not a client list
We're taking two to three founding partners a month and capping the cohort. Not to manufacture scarcity. Because 30 days of free work only makes sense if we can actually deliver on it, and we can't deliver on twenty accounts at once.
Your side of it
What we need from you in the first 30 days
Every agency engagement that fails, fails on this. So here it is up front.
Week 1
Ad account, GA4, GTM, and CRM access. Two hours of your time to map ICP, offers, and sales handoff.
Week 2
One round of feedback on landing pages and creative. Fast beats perfect.
Week 2-4
Your reps mark leads as qualified or not in the CRM. Thirty minutes a week, total. Without that signal we're optimizing blind, and on day 30 you'll have volume numbers with no way to judge quality.
Ad spend
You fund your own media, in your own accounts, from day one. Our work is free for 30 days. The ads are not.
If your CRM tracking is a mess, we fix it in week one. That's included, and you keep it either way. But we can't fix a sales team that won't touch it.
The alternatives
What else you could do with this money
Hire a growth marketer
$110K to $150K plus equity, three months to hire, two months to ramp, and they've probably never run LinkedIn at your ACV either.
Hire a freelancer
Runs the account, doesn't touch tracking, landing pages, or your CRM, and disappears when they land a bigger client.
Run it yourself
Free, if your time is free.
A generalist agency
Bills a percentage of spend, so their incentive is your budget rather than your CAC. Usually a six-month contract.
The SaaS Pipeline Sprint
Thirty days free. Flat fee after, only if you want to continue. You own everything. Cancel anytime.
Fit
This works if you fit. If you don't, we'll tell you.
●
This is for you if
- You're an early-stage B2B SaaS founder, pre-seed to Series A
- You've raised, or you're revenue-funded, with budget set aside for paid
- You can commit at least $3K a month to paid acquisition
- You want growth owned in your accounts and measured in pipeline
●
This isn't for you if
- You're pre-revenue and funding ads out of personal savings. Under about $3K a month, paid can't produce enough signal in 90 days to prove anything, and we'll say it's too early before we take your money.
- Your sales team won't touch the CRM. We measure on qualified pipeline. If nobody marks leads qualified, day 30 gives you a lead count and no way to judge whether those leads were worth anything.
- You want vanity metrics. We report pipeline and CAC.
- You want a long-term contract for security. We don't do them. It's cancel-anytime, like a subscription.
Capacity
We run a maximum of 8 accounts at a time
We take on two to three new founders a month and keep the roster small on purpose. It's the only way to give paid the hands-on management it needs. When the seats are full, new founders go on a waitlist.

Questions
The things founders ask before they book
What does it cost?
A flat monthly fee, separate from ad spend, never a percentage of it. The exact number depends on scope, channels, and budget, and it's in your proposal before any work starts. You see it, then you get 30 days free, then you decide. Nothing is quoted after the fact.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
We build and optimize your campaigns for 30 days at no cost. At day 30 you decide whether to continue. If you don't, you walk away owing nothing and you keep everything we built. No criteria, no negotiation, no argument about whether a threshold was met. Your call.
Thirty days isn't long enough to prove paid works for my SaaS.
Not for closed revenue, no. But it is long enough to prove whether the channel produces qualified buyers and what they cost. On day 30 you'll have working attribution, live campaigns, one optimization cycle behind you, and a cost per qualified lead you can hold against your ACV and close rate. That's a real decision, and most founders have never actually had those four things in one place.
What's the catch?
We want the SaaS case study. We repositioned into B2B SaaS and we're building our proof with a small founding cohort. You get 30 days of free work and zero downside. We get the numbers, if it works, and only with your approval.
Do you have B2B SaaS case studies?
Not yet with published pipeline numbers, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. We're building them with the current cohort. Our track record is in adjacent B2B lead gen: 4.6x ROAS for Intelligenes, a Webcroz account rebuilt from $18K spent with zero leads. The free 30 days is how we close the trust gap in the meantime.
Who owns the accounts and data?
You do, from day one. We build inside your accounts, never ours.
Which channels do you run?
It depends on your ACV, motion, and sales cycle. Higher-ACV, longer-cycle SaaS usually fits LinkedIn. Lower-ACV or self-serve usually fits Google or Meta. We map it on the call before you spend a dollar.
How soon do we go live?
Typically within the first two to three weeks, once accounts, tracking, and creative are in place.
Do you work with any B2B SaaS?
Early-stage, pre-seed to Series A, with at least $3K a month committable. If you're outside that, we'll say so.
Last step
Ready to see if paid can carry your next raise?
Thirty minutes. We pressure-test your fit, map the 90-day plan, and tell you honestly whether now is the right time. If it isn't, we say so.
If it is, you get a proposal with the fee in it, then 30 days of work before you pay any of it.
